Our Moongrain Breads and bread mixes are gluten free. They are made using healthy new generation mostly whole alternative grains, like quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and teff. We offer hamburger and hotdog buns, rolls, and 2 sizes of coffeecakes for your enjoyment.
